Black Tea is good too!

Lately I’ve been drinking a lot of tea. Some green tea, but mostly black tea. I just like the stronger flavor a little more than the flavor of green tea, especially the “mint” flavors. Plus, I feel like black tea gives me more energy and is a better replacement for my coffee (probably because it contains a lot more caffeine!). But, since you really only hear about the health benefits of green tea, I figured I wasn’t doing myself much good. Well, it turns out I was wrong. Black tea is good for you too!
