I’ve been looking for ways to get more organized so I can become more productive (and make more money!). One thing I’ve been doing a lot of is testing various ways to create a good “to-do” list, everything from the trusty pen and paper solution, to cool time management software, to really cool online AJAX applications.
So far I’ve found that, unfortunately, I tend to use all of the above at various times, which obviously makes it hard to keep track of things. It would be so nice to have one single “central” application, preferably web-based, with all of the above:
1. To-do lists
2. Calendar with audio and email alarms
3. Notes area
4. Option to share info with specific users and/or everyone
Maybe something like Backpack with a calendar. So if you’re looking for a good idea for a new Web 2.0 business, there you go!
By the way, Bill Gates doesn’t use “to-do” lists…
