I have noticed even the safer brands can cause problems with continuous use. As a man it is embarrassing to shave armpits but I have found this helps. After using TOMs for several years I also have experienced a reaction recently (similar to the original poster). I will probably stop using for a short while and then go back to it. Other than TOMS, the only other brand I found that is pretty safe is J.A.S.O.N., an Australian import found in Kroger stores in the health food section.
