If you’re looking for good web hosting that doesn’t completely suck, avoid HostGator at all costs! I’ve used them for a couple years now and the quality of the hosting has just gone completely down the tubes. It started off OK when I bought my first reseller account but over the past few months I’ve had nothing but problems, some of which have cost me large amounts of money.
The worst part is that 99% of their customer service people either have no idea what they’re doing or have been told by their bosses to do everything they can to avoid fixing problems in a reasonable time frame. I have a feeling it’s a combination of the two.
Again, if you need good quality web hosting with a tech support staff that can actually help you… don’t go with HostGator!!
That’s great, mate! You forgot to mention the part that you recommend some other hosting provider that offers unlimited number of domains under 10 usd.
I agree with Marcin. HostGator is widley popular. What do you suggest we use instead?
